Everytime I load into recovery mode, it comes up with the twrp logo, but then the screen flashes black and keeps on repeating this, so I cannot access the recovery. I want to try pixel experience for a while, but I am stumped to how I can do this now as I cannot load into recovery to flash the ROM. If anyone has tips on installing the pixel experience ROM as well as fixing the twrp problem, I will be very grateful.

I didn't even know there was a newer one . I swear it doesn't support android 12 tho? And do u know how to get pixel experience without bricking the phone? If my bootloader is already unlocked, do I just wipe data/format it and then install the ROM, or is there more to do?

In general, you must use the firmware prescribed by the OP and format the data. (Clean flash/TWRP/WIPE/Format data, type yes/reboot TWRP/flash rom).
Btw: This site is for XIAOMI EU ROMs.
