Twrp Locked And Rom Unstable

Hello
After a bug on the latest weekly, my phone was stuck on the Mi logo at the boot.
TWRP wasn't working
So I flashed with MiFlashTool the 6.4.21 for MiFlash without wiping any data.
Now, I have the ROM working but with many bugs, like the impossibility to get the IMEIm the com.android.phone that's not working... the device is un usable
And when I go to TWRP to flash again the latest ROM, he is asking me a password, that I don't have.
He can't backup any data, or wipe anything, or flash the ROM.
What can I do ?

You should be able to press back and wipe data.

Also install official twrp, i have created a thread on the forum with the link for installation

Yes I wiped all the data and now it's working
