after flash of our ROM try to do this:
download this vbmeta.img and flash it via fastboot command

fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot reboot

if you installed our rom, then just flash vbmeta again..

Yes, perfectly but don't install eu or it ROMs. Not working at all.
You can flash Dev China and magisk after that.

I can confirm the TWRP-3.2.3-1124-XIAOMI_MIX3.img is working fine. I am able to install china dev and magisk, EU ROM still stucks on Mi logo. I already tried flashing vbmeta, another boot.img and disable verity, everything without success.
Could someone explain why this doesn't boot and the china ROM does? Is it related to the new pie permission or something like that?

EDIT:
In the attachment there is also log for installation of globeROM, there are a lot missing files when I understand it correctly?
Tried to install xiaomi.eu ROM, it says zip treble compability error?

Build 23.11 does boot in recovery for me.

Edit: So it does not work!

No, I meant someone with Portuguese or Brazilian name, wrote also bootloop... don't worry I understand u...I testing too for recoveries n some roms so I know what mean to restore device everyday...anyway I'm glad to u n I thank u
