TWRP not upgraded

I'm on latest MIUI EU 13 A12

Today I flashed TWRP for A12
When I reboot to recovery TWRP bootloop on my old TWRP A11.
It's like the new TWRP A12 won't stick
I'm using TWRP A12 from this link
