Twrp Won't Start

hello guys,

i made a unlock, it works.
Now i want to flash twrp, fastboot working i can flash... but when i boot to recovery, the mi recovery starts, not the twrp? Why?

After you flash recovery you dont have to restart phone but enter in recovery otherwise it will be overwrite by the old onem in some phones it was like this maybe it is the same on mi5

You have unlocked your bootloader? Try change recovery img maybe you have a corrupted one!

fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img

as you can see in the pic above, the BL is unlokced, otherwise i could not flash the recovery...
i also try
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img
but it's not working....finally i flashed the xiaomi.eu Multilang ROM for Xiaomi Mi5 (Unlocked BL only!) with miflash and after that the recovery starts into twrp!!! And with the last xiaomi.eu rom, also twrp was updated!
