New Ultra battery saver disables home screen Wallpaper Carousel when it is enabled before activating Ultra battery saver

Reproduction information: xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote8_V11.0.4.0.PCOCNXM_v11-9.zip
Reproduction steps:

1. Enable home screen Wallpaper Carousel
2. Enable Ultra battery saver
3. Disable Ultra battery saver

Expected behaviour: home screen Wallpaper Carousel keep being enabled after disabling Ultra battery saver
This bug doesn't affect lock screen Wallpaper Carousel (i.e. it will stay enabled/disabled after using Ultra battery saver)

I don't really use this feature often, so consider it low priority.
