Unable to Update/Flash ROM

I just bought mi3 and it has version JXDCNAL4.0 installed (Android Version: 4.3 JLS36C). I am trying to get multi-lang ROM but unable to do it.

I have tried all methods described in this forum but I am unable to do so because there is no Updater App installed. I tried installing Google Play but it always gives error. I tried via GooManager but it doesn't boot in recovery mode automatically and when I do it manually, it says "No Command".

Pls help me get a fully English ROM, instead of having to deal with Chinese Market, Weather and all.

P.S: MiFlash isn't working either.

Did you ever consider your phone is fake? Have you read other threads here about fake phones? You should do so.

Am I scammed? Their official website has this IMEI in record, and it shows date too, why?
