I'd like to understand how many accounts should a Xiaomi user have and how the interoperate each other.
On my device (pocophone f1) I have an app called MIUI Forum. I've registered there with a chosen user name and Mi Account ID. As I tried to register on the xiaomi.eu/community with these credentials it was not possible. The same for the linking with the account on account.xiaomi.com. Therefore, I created a new account on xiaomi.eu/community. Then I logged off the account in the MIUI Forum app and tried to register with the credentials from the newely created account on xiaomi.eu/community. This was not possible! I tried to log in back with Mi Account ID which is offered by the app. This failed again!
