Update error

Error occured while trying to update from 12.0.8.0 on a poco f2 pro via OTA anyone having this issue ? My first time trying to update after flashing the rom should i download manually and install trough recovery ?
Do i need to format or is anyone having same issue ? Updater finds a 12.1.2.0 however it downloads and it gives an error occured and file only has 800ish mb intead of the 2.9 gb given by the updater.

When i search for the file on the stable rom there's non was it pulled ?

My issue exactly. Then I've downloaded from sourceforge and installed.
I had a major issue related to rooting. Magisk flashes but no root. Whatever you do, take a nandroid backup in case something goes wrong as a precautionary measure.
