Google Play security patch is updated by installing Google apps updates, in system.

If you speak about the Android security patch, I don't know but I guess it's April or May 1st, 2021 (for Mi 11 Ultra).

Xiaomi has no regular Stable ROM releases schedule... Interval between two Stable ROMs can be like 10 days than 3 months...
