@timberwolf60, you don't have the bug I mentioned above (3 items in hardware comsuption), nor the FC when scrolling down in settings-installed apps?

By the way, why did you installed SU? The rom comes rooted and it works (for me, at least, it always has).

Yes. Since some time, it's a requirement.

So if I try to flash it with stock recovery, will it cause boot loop, brick or something?

Not sure, but it will certainly fail to install.
They had to change something that now requires TWRP, so it's mandatory.

I used miui global dev rom, so I need to root it by flashing superSU2.65.zip. Mine without any fc problem. I used this version of twrp and stock recovery from here: http://en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=249552&extra=pag, The miui global dev rom also have multi languages. Yesterday I received an ota update from miui official site to 6.4.5 as shown:

By the way, I didn't know that 2014817 was also call enhanced... I thought it was only 2014813.

I stayed in Singapore. Redmi 2 with 2GB ram, 16GB rom was classified as enhanced.

I backed up my contacts by native miui back up app before I update to lollipop.
Now after update I can't restore them. Is it a bug in app or Miui rom?

Is it just me that when you I leave airplane mode, it doesn't ask me for the pin? The option is on, of course.

One other bug I seem to have is in the hardware section of battery use, it only shows me 3 items... As you can see, I used wifi, but it's not listed.

Anyone can give me feedback about the above?
I still have those two bugs.

Hi my phone is redmi 2 HM2014817 now i am on 6.3.24/25 KitKat 4.4.4
Tried to update to last updated version 6.4.7 Lollipop 5.1 using HM2014811 WT88047 through built in TWRP.3.0.0
installed everything correctly, but WiFi bluetooth and MiDrop dont work. checked the WiFI mac address is unavailable... is it possible that the kernel version on this update version incorrectly installed for redmi 2 HM2014817?
same thing with 6.3.3 version 5.1 Lollipop.

now i flashed my device back to 6.3.24 4.4 KitKat as it is the lastest update that can run my device.
Is anyone having the same problem ? i always wanted to upgrade my device to 5.1 as it running ART. hope they upgraded to 64 bit as well so the hardware is optimised

i have the redmi 2 td version (hm2014813), i install the veersion 6.4.7 and are runnig without problems but firstly i needed to reinstall the rom because it dont started..
