New Updating MIUI on Galaxy nexus GSM deletes Clockwork Recovery

As the title says, updating to the latest MIUI on the galaxy nexus deletes Clockwork recovery image.
This needs to be fixed as a priority.

Just download ROM manager and flash your recovery again. Easy as that.

Not as simple as that, you CAN NOT open the Rom manager, this is not an easy fix, I had to borrow a windows laptop to run the GNEX tool kit. this is a majour bug that needs to be addressed. never had any trouble like this with MIUI, have you changed developers or something?

You are an admin here and you don't even have manners to treat your users with respect when they report major bugs.
its not the only problem you have with this "update", none of the Google apps work after flashing Gapps zip & wiping cache & dalvik cache, also boots out any Google accounts, and wipes all contacts, which isn't helpful in any way.

Damnit... And you should be happy that GNEX even boots with MIUI v5. MIUI rom is bugged and I spent whole friday fixing this s**t as without my fix you would have permissions error in recovery! Yes MIUI recovery is overwriting custom recovery but if I remove this then you will get error in installation. Thats why we put a warning to use newest CWM that has a safety switch that doesnt allow recovery to be overwritten.

For gapps flash 4.2.2 gapps package. If MIUIandroid package is not working for you then search in google full gapps package.
