Urgent assistance with Xiaomi Hongmi Phoen

I was hoping i could flash this to include full english keyboard rather then a keyboard with Baidu Input for my work phone.

Phone was purchased from Ebay.

Android version 4.2.1 HM2013022
MIUI Version JHACNAH5.0

I tired to do an OTA but it says my phone has the latest updates, and from what i have researched i need to install the multilanguage pack with i have now got. (Xiaomi Hongmi WCDMA - Stable 15.0.0 Multilang)

However, i'm confused how i load it onto my phone because when i load up 'updater' it continues to tell me my phone is already up to date.

From updater tap menu button (first on the left)
from the menu that appears choose
"select update packages"
