Hello! I am using Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime (hermes) running on sMiUI xiaomi.eu version 6.6.30 (global beta). I have noticed that whenever I transfer files to my PC from my cellphone, there isn't any option of USB Mass storage. Only Media Device (MTP) & Camera Device (PTP) are there which are damn slow. I wanted to ask can the developers implement the following two options within the USB computer connection interface?
1) USB Mass Storage (way faster than MTP & PTP technology)
2) Charge Only
It's a sheer waste of time to ask this question in MiUI Official forums because you don't get any solid response from them and they only keep playing with stickers. If it is possible to implement these features with some changes in ROM coding, developers, can you please add it?
