using other launchers, the notification bar is no longer transparent

i'm trying go launcher ex in miui (because go launcher ex has a useful app drawer menu) and i saw that the bart at the top is in black and not transparent
how make it transparent using other launchers?

i dont care it does not stay transparent but i use widgetlocker
and in the lockscreen the status bar has my wallpaper backround hehe
