Very Slow Wifi Download

My WIFI download rate never exceeded ~300kB/s.
It is not the network configuration.
Anyone else with the same problem?
Phones hardware or system fault?

I'm having the same problem. Sometimes, my download is fine, but a lot of times, when i'm downloading, i have a download speed around 300 kb/s.

It is not a joke. In some devices, the Bluetooth makes interference with wifi

same problem on a lot of xiaomi devices, like mi5 redmi note 4 mi4c etc, and same with 4g
