Video-camera: Only 28 Fps In Fullhd, 4k Is 26 Fps

Does the video-camera only record in 28 FPS in FullHD or is 60 FPS possible?
Optional: Are higher framerates for 4K possible?

In Camera settings I set the Resolution to HD(I guess 720p) but my video is 30fps. What's wrong?

Why did you write 30fps? VLC shows in codec information: FULL HD 28fps, 4K 26 fps ^^

But I'm talking about the Mi5S not Mi5 ^^
The official specs from Xiaomi say for Mi5S:
4K video, 30 fps
1080p video, 120 fps
720p video, 30 fps
720p slow-mo, 120 fps

But my 1080p videos are not 120fps but only 28fps and 4K is not 30fps but 26fps

Well, but 1080p has 28fps,4k has 26 fps, but not the promised 30fps. Some fps are missing regarding to the official specs
