VoLTE support

Hi guys, I was wondering why there isn't VoLTE support for dipper on v9.3.3, when in the official MIUI is supported

Same om Perseus. I followed the guide on https://www.xiaomigeek.com/enable-volte-on-xiaomi-devices.html

It works fine it's just that the check for it does not succeed.
