New Wallpaper carousel link broken

If I perform right swipe on the lockscreen and then tap the "Wallpaper carousel" menu item, it brings me not to the "Carousel settings", but to the "Music playlist" activity.
This occurs with Mi Max 2 + MIUI 8.7.19.

Only Wallpaper Carousel's Settings are accessible from Settings app -> Lockscreen & password -> Wallpaper Carousel.
The main UI is not normally accessible on EU ROM because it's filled with dynamic Chinese content (loaded from web, not translatable).

Too bad... On miui.su firmware, if I pressed "Carousel" menu item from lock screen, it was possible to scroll through wallpapers which were already been downloaded, without any Chinese content...

Wrong translation in french too. And some new features are in english language like statut bar shortcut in menu are in English
