Whatsapp Backup stuck on preparing

Hi. Im currently running stable 12.1.3.0 on my F2 pro. Does anyone have a problem when they try to backup whatsapp to google drive like me? I restarted, clear whatsapp cache but to no avail. I have google one so storage is not an issues for backup. Can someone assist me or theres a bug in the latest stable build. Thank you. Attach is what happen when i try to backup whatsapp. The preparing google drive backup status takes forever without any progress. Thank you
