WhatsApp Problem - no vibration when in lockscreen

Hey there, i am using the latest xiaomi.eu version 9.11.7. and i am using xiaomi.eu since 2 years.

I face the problem (only) when getting a voicecall or videocall via whatsapp - when the phone is in lockscreen - vibration is not working. When the phone is unlocked, vibration is working well when getting a video or voicecall. Also vibration is working when i get a whatsapp message while phone is in lockscreen and also when unlocked.

I never changed whatsapp settings or permission settings. Checked Whatsapp callsettings and it's all switched on, permissions are also granted.

Anyone who face the same problem, or any suggestions here?
