where is Minidiary apk ?

as i see in MIUI v4 , some apps was deleted ..
if there any way to get Minidiary back we will be greatful
will be better if you make some good work on it

or if i can install the apk on my self until you get him back ..

there are many people use that apk , it's wonderful
