New why can't i create albums via gallery app

hi everybody
i would like to create albums to organize my pictures, but i realize that i can't do it using gallery app.
i think it could be considered as a bug , because every gallery app from other android rom can do that.
what do you think about it?

I don't think so, on cm11 also you can't create album/folder in gallery app...

on touchwiz (samsung) you can, on iOS you can.... i think it is useful, overall if you have many pictures to manage...
