Why does the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ have a red box and also a white box?

I notice from retailers in Zimbabwe that they have both a Red box and a White box for the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus.
On most reviews online I see the White box.

Is the Red box genuine. Says "Made in India"
