Why is there no Market in the latest MIUI rom?

I just downloaded the latest MIUI for the i9300 (SG S3) but there is no play store and no miui market either.

Am I missing something or is there really no app market at all on this ROM? no App market on this

Is this intentional? This is the file I installed...

Im new to this so I dont know that the Play store is a Gapp. Also I dont know how to flash it either.
