Why no CPU stats in Xiaomi ROMs ?

The ROMs of xiaomi lacks the stats of the CPUs, all of them. Without this, apps like adiutor, BBS or GSam BM cannot get the CPUs usage.

"/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/stats/time_in_state" file for example.

Why xiaomi don't have this driver installed or activated?

Nope. The kernel can't be decompiled.

What rom you are using?

I tested in .eu 9.8.1, stable 10.4 and global stable. But none have these stats.
