New widgets not working - problem found but not solved

Hi

i have updated to the latst version 3.6.28 ( galaxy s2 )
but the problems was also at the version befor, i thought it will work after i will update but it didnt

the problem is the widgets are not working, if i will tap shazam for an example nothing happens
or the weather and clock widgets also doesnt work.

whats wierd is that after i updated the rom it all workd for an hour or more, but after that non of the widgets are working


you can see that the hour is not ok, and also it shows that its sunny ( and its night )

tapping shazam but nothing happends

there is a way to fix it?

when i changed the language back to english the problems got fixed
and all the widgets are working fine.

but when i change ia back to hebrew it gets stuck again

how can i fix it?
