At the beginning It opens buy even if i tap It doesnt work and let me type, then after cleaning cache It didnt even open and It says to report the bug but i am not allowed to do that too as if i send report It doesnt says nothing at all and It keeps crashing since the
Whats the problem i own a Xiaomi 13T brand new bought Yesterday...im sad since my Xiaomi 11T Pro died as It wasnt this bad

You are not using a custom ROM from xiaomi.eu but the official Global ROM from Xiaomi.
Go to the Xiaomi site.
