What does it mean??? If you already have TWRP, boot to it (hold "Vol+" and "Power" buttons simultaneously) and if you use a good USB-C cable (allowing data transferts) and if MTP is enabled in the "Mount" menu, then you should be able to transfert files. :)

Can you confirm you can transfert files?

And what's inside "Internal Storage" in the Windows explorer?

Please check if "MTP" is enabled in TWRP...

Do you know how to execute fastboot commands? Boot your device in fastboot mode (hold " Vol - " and " Power " buttons simultaneously).
fastboot format:ext4 userdata
