Wireless headset volume

Hello, recently my i15-pods keeps lowering the volume or even turning on/off media by itself and only outdoors. When I'm using it indoors everything is fine. I checked across the internet but didn't find anything useful for my Redmi Note 12. I guess the problem started after the recent update of the OS but I'm not sure if that's the reason.
So, could someone help me figure out what's going on?

I'm assuming you're using an official ROM, not our ROM.
Try setting Region to Indonesia or India and see if you hear any difference in volume.

The issue could be caused by wind or ambient noise triggering the touch sensors on your i15-pods outdoors. Try disabling touch controls if possible, or test on another device to rule out OS compatibility issues. If it started after an update, check for firmware updates for your earbuds or reset them.
