New Work profile app drawer as default

After moving from EU official MIUI 13 to xiaomi.eu MIUI 13, I noticed that my work profile created by MS company portal (or even the profile created by "Island") becomes the default with no way to change it back to the personal app drawer.

There are two mentions to that in two monthly old threads but with no answers. I believe that this is either a bug or an unwanted behavior for most people since the majority of the mobile usage will be on the main app drawer. Also, I can confirm that official MIUI 13 EU does not have this behavior.

Should I file a bug or is this done on purpose for some reason?

BUMP.

While this is fairly important for people with a work profile, I have the feeling this is something as simple as a flag. Even if this is not considered a bug, can someone provide some directions on which flag it is and how to change it?
