WSM Tools on Multi languages ROM ??

Hello,

Can someone tell me if I can install WSM Tools on a new Xiaomi MI2S device that has Multi language ROM?
Or do you have to install CMW first.

This is about the problems with the Sony Smartwatch.
I can't move the phone apps to the system/app directory, because i get the message there is not enough space.

For what do you need CWM? You just install WSM like a usual app and install framework inside app. After reboot everything will be working. WSM must have root access.

Perhaps for my Smartwatch to work well.
But can I install the framework, even when I can't move apps from /Data/App to /System/App ?
I get the message not enough room to write.

And how can WSM help you with no space on system partiton? It can't. Delete unused stuff from system partiton or increase its size.

I have bought a Xiaomi MI2S a week ago, but I have heard that it has two boot partitions?
What I want to know now is how to get the best out of this mobile?
For now it is still stock.
