New Xiaomi 13 - 3Dmark can't connect to network - MIUI 14.0.17.0 TMCCNXM stable

I finished installing xiaomi.eu_multi_FUXI_V14.0.17.0.TMCCNXM_v14-13 on my Xiaomi 13 last week, and I also logged into Google play without any problems to download Geekbench and 3Dmark to try to test the performance.

Geekbench 5 ran perfectly fine, but 3dmark showed no network connection after installation. Network permissions are the default: Network permissions are enabled.
All other apps including Google play, twitter, YouTube, etc. work fine.
Tried mobile network, home WiFi and company WiFi, 3dmark still shows no network.

I have the same experience with Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro - it seems that the company again is blacklisting 3DMark. Sad.

It's a Xiaomi eu issue, I installed CN ROM and 3dmark and Antutu works perfectly connecting to servers.
