XIAOMI 13 ULTRA Ultrawide camera at 0.5x does not focus on distant objects (stuck in macro mode), in-call earpiece volume is too low.

Ultrawide camera 0.5x not focusing, earpiece volume is very low, video recording freezes the image while audio continues to record. ANYONE HELP?? ON pictures you can see perfectly results for 1.0 2 3.2 and 5 BUT BUT 0.5 TERRIBLE stuck in macro... I really don t understand why this sh.t is happening?? please help... SECOND PROBLEM WHEN someone call me or I call someone sound is very LOW VERY VERY, if i talk on public traffic or something like that, i cannot hear anything I have to switch on speaker .... THIRD PROBLEM recording video, freezzes on 4K 60 fps and 1080 60 fps, It's frustrating!
