This toggle always resets to disabled state on every reboot of the device. This bug has been there since Hyper OS1.

It is for me. Since I have set scheduled turn off and turn on for fresh start everyday.
Moreover if a toggle can't stay persist across device power cycle, is indeed a bug however a big deal it is or not right

Better question is what this has to do with us since we don't touch that feature at all.

Even I was wondering if it has anything to do with EU. I asked some fellow device owners, sadly whomever I asked either didnt have this option at all or are peeps that doesn't use dual sim ‍
