Xiaomi 14 Ultra microphone problem during calls

Hello, i have microphone problem in my Xiaomi 14 Ultra hyperos 1.0.8.0, during phone calls, Whatsapp calls or Messenger calls, microphone stops after 1 sec. I need to jump between normal and hands free microphone but its stops too after few seconds. Factory reset doesnt work, all permissions are ok. I have unlocked phone from Tradingshenzen with Eu room.

Its hardware error

Yes, they replaced it with a new model

So what did they do in the service center? How did they find that it is hardware issue?
Did they replace the whole mobile phone for being under warranty or did they repair ot for free for you? Or did Tradingshenzen replace it for you with a brand new device without repairing your device?
