New Xiaomi 6x Twrp_wayne

Today after 14 days wait i got from xiaomi bootlooder unlook successful,i install with adb twrp and in adb with usb its boot to twrp but on the start twrp ask me for the password to decrypt my files & folder, i try the pin to unlook my phone dont work ,i format data dont works ,i swipe date and chache dont work,and i can only reboot to twrp with usb and adb ,with Power + volume up there coming
only Mi-Recovery 3.0,i need your help i work now 5 hourse with no solution,is there a other better version of twrp than TWRP_wayne.img from this forum,i can not found any solution in the Net to get
access to my data in twrp to install the rom :-( I only want the rom from this forum to change to german language :-(

I also tried with the sideload,. after 47% install copy, it is disconnecting! Please help me.

Try to install the Xiaomi Windows 10 driver,by me there was no problems by sideload
