Xiaomi Bluetooth Gamepad, Problem Connect To Pc

Hallo,
this is my first post here. Not sure if it's the right forum section.
Got new Xiaomi Gamepad controller and some problems to connect it with my desktop pc.
Windows 7
USB Bluetooth dongle - ORICO BTA - 406 USB Bluetooth 4.0 -(after connect to USB , Windows installed bluetooth drivers automatically)

After pressing Mi button for long time and the button start blink faster , the device is found and is visible into Control panel > Hardware and sound > Devices and printers
But short after this the icon of the controller is fading (like the device is disconnected) and this is it.

Any help?
Additional software that might help or something?

Have you got the answer for your past problem (Xiaomi Bluetooth Gamepad, Problem Connect To Pc)?
