Xiaomi eu experience at the end ...sadly

Hi all
My psyche (12X) experience with Xiaomi.eu is at the end. Today IT wallet tell me that for security reasons i can't import my digital identity documents. I suppose the same problem with Google wallet and Coinbase app.
I think i should come back to stock rom with bootloader locked.

Can some point mento a good tutorial? I mean there a lot around but in my experience some one is better than others (more details)
