Xiaomi M1 vs C1

Sorry if this question has already been asked but what is the difference between M1 and C1 of Xiaomi phone and what are the download speeds in hspa. thanks

Difference is you can't buy the C1 separate, it comes with a subscription for China Unicom. And if I'm not wrong, the C1 has a sim-lock.

C1 is CDMA but you can buy it from android-sale.com

Actually, the devices are both the same. Both states Mi-One Plus, I think. I bought one of each from AliExpress.
