@Henrik.saldanha It's an useless post here if you don't use xiaomi.eu ROM. 
Google works perfectly. I would personally avoid the weeklies. Some nice bells and whistles but some Apps that I pay for don't display correctly (Guardian Live and The Economist).
They look and work stellar on 12.1.4.EU.

the GPS works normal ??? as you saw in the photo, YouTube doesn't work like uber, gmail, play store doesn't open. the camera with zoom is working normal ??
I hate to this but the phone seems to be running better overall than with the CN ROM
when you download app from google store they work ??? and the zoom camera is working ???
Yes and yes. The photo quality seems slightly better as well (which I didn't expect).
The zoom lens makes brilliant video and photos.
ok, so i will install rom 12.1.4 xiaomi.eu, thanks to you who said that Google services are working, so I hope. do you have the link ??
Use the newest XaioMiTool V2 for the operating system of your computer. It constantly updated with the newest weeklies and stables. You can install the default ROM, lineage OS or the .EU ROM.
