Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra Blackberry app at EU Rom

Hello,

I have a problem to install the BB UEM client at my Mi10ultra with the latest stable EU Rom (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10Ultra_V12.0.10.0.QJJCNXM_v12-10.zip).
The MI10Ultra is not rooted, just unlocked bootloader, clean installation, no additional apps at the MI10ultra.
During the configuartion procedure of the UEM app, I always got the error message "your device cannot be activated at this time. The google account could not be created" and "Your using this app outside of your work profile". The scond error message might be a result of the not activated google account/work space.
At older Xiaomi phone it helped to delete the dual apps but there is no dual app curently at the MI10.
Is there anybody who had an idea what I can try to overcome this issue?

I'm not sure at which point your configuration process were canceled.
Is it after setup the "work profile" and "activating device"?

I also flashed the latest weekly rom but without any improvements in regards to the UEM installation.
Our Blackberry specialist is on vacation in the moment, as soon he will be back I will ask him for support.

It is at the moment 'profiles retrieved' - (last in the series) the message popup is :

'your device cannot be activated because rooted devices are not allowed. Please contact your administrator.'

Also our IT helpdesk doesn't know why. Not rooted and they say, probably because of the newest Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra 16Gb, 512Gb, now with stable eu rom Miui 12.0.10

yes, but unfortunately no idea.

I am ready to sell the MI10Ultra, Xiaomi/Miui doesn't seem to be ready for this kind of business apps.

They are still on it, not yet. I had to check if phone was rooted. It is not rooted...... I have to wait a little longer.

They wanted me to sent them a picture of the phone, that it is not rooted, checked with rooted app. I used two apps, both of course, stated 'not rooted'........ Still waiting

just sold the ultra last weekend. All in all it is really strange, I try it with a Mi10pro of an friend of mine and it works without any problem but not the ultra after many, many trys. However, this is now history for me, I wish you good luck.

I can fully understand you sold the phone. I will probably too, because it is too much trouble....... Also I know someone, who has a mi10pro, no problems at all.
But for the community, I try to wait a couple of weeks more.... If there is a solution, it will come in a couple of days now......

Check in developer options, maybe you have OEM Unlock enabled. Some apps do not like that even if phone is not rooted.

No solution has been found. We have tried a lot of possibilities. This phone is unfortunately not setup for the BB UEM.

In my opinion Blackberry Apps are for the waste bin.

Try to delete "TWRP" folder in root of your phone's storage.

NOTE: This folder is automatically created when you boot to TWRP but it should be possible to rename this folder in TWRP's options.

Hey @darosto where you able to fix your BB UEM issue? I'm getting it now since installing the EU rom. Weren't getting it in Global even though my BL was unlocked and it is a CN Mi 11 Ultra.

no, still after some weekly releases later don't know, probably after A12 BB UEM it is coming back. At the moment it's running with the xiaomi.eu weekly china release. I'm still on 21.12.30.

Aah! That's so sad. I really liked the EU rom. Just re-flashed the Global Rom right now and activated BB UEM. Thanks for your response.

okay xiaomi.eu weekly is based on china release with additional translations from community work, so nothing is sad. ;-)
