Xiaomi mi 10t lite 5g bricked after update. Bootloader hasn't been unlocked. How can I unbrick it?

You probably have a soft brick, if the image uploaded is what you see.
Try to enter into recovery mode and reset your phone to factory state, for that you have to search how to do that on the official Miui forum.

To have installed any custom rom you have to unlock the bootloader.

I've done a factory reset and it goes up to 3% and show that it's done successfully. But after reboot have a same issue

Try to find for your phone a stock recovery image on the site: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/
Boot your phone on recovery mode and try to flash it again.
Actually take your latest firmware from official page: https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?device=1900379 check there for any oficial instalation steps: https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?guide=1 for both links use a PC browser (you can switch to desktop mode of your mobile browser but I recommend to use PC)
Cannot flash it.
