I have a Xiaomi Mi 11 lite 5G and lately it has some problems regarding booting into the OS (MIUI 14). Unfortunately i got stuck in a boot loop where the Mi logo pops up and than the phone restarts again and the same logo appears.
So far I tried to back up my user data through the stock Recovery Mode with Mi Assistant. I read somewhere that it is possible to do just that through the help of the PC software however I was not abale to connect to my laptop with the phone.
Can somebody lend me a helping hand in this situation?
