1. First, use Mi flash tool to install China stable rom (http://www.miui.com/shuaji-393.html)
2. Install TWRP 3.2.3 Treble
3. Finally, install 10.2 eu.

Yes, issue solved... I've performed the following steps
1) Start in fastboot mode
2) Flashed CN ROM
3) Installed TWPR recovery
4) Flashed EU rom
