I suppose your phone is a Chinese version and you can't flash a global rom via miflash tool.
try a chinese fastboot rom.
I hope your phone is not locked EDL now...
Try to unlock the bootloader if possible.

chinese version --> same prbl

Yes
Test EDL mode not work
Adb not work

I can not restore the original firmware?
The phone is new!

If you've got this error, this means either you've triggered ARB by installing older firmware over newer (you have very bad luck, because MiMax3 is one of the few devices that have ARB enabled), or you've flashed a rom not intended for your device (eg. a global rom over a chineese device).

One way or another, I believe the only way to recover your device is through EDL mode, but it's available only for authorized Mi Accounts in MiFlash and I highly doubt that there's an EDL-Programmer for this device publicly available.

Your best bet is probably to buy an access to the authorized account or bring your phone to xiaomi service center.

Cheers mate and best of luck!

You need to go back to bootloader mode and flash again a dev rom (choose fastboot type).

After unlocking bootloader you can clean flash rom via miflash tool.

You may try EDL method, or better visit nearest service center.
