Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Hard Bricked

Hi I'm using Mi Note 10 phone & last week I moved to MIUI 12 closed Beta ROM & after releasing Xiaomi EU ROM I tried to flash it through TWRP as usual method. But unfortunately after flashing ROM phone stuck on the TWRP & there were no way to get through from that. Even Laptop didn't recognized the phone so I couldn't restore the backup. Finally I did fastboot flashing, but then that process stuck half way through. Then phone got hard bricked. Even can't switch on it. Then I tried the test pin method, but that also didn't get through came "cannot receive hello packet" error. So phone is still bricked. What I am trying to figure it out the issue. It was TWRP ? Laptop Driver Issue? & Finally how to overcome this issue?

I hard brickes my Note 10. after connect to PC by check point , I can't flash because I haven't EDL authoritzacion
