Xiaomi Mi Play (lotus) stuck in the MI logo (boot loop)

Hello, I have a Xiaomi Mi Play (lotus) stuck in the MI logo (boot loop) and it has the bootloader blocked, I tried to unlock the bootloader by fastboot mode, but I get the following error:

(bootloader) Start unlock flow

FAILED (remote: Token verification failed
finished. total time: 0.016s

I tried using and MiFlash but it crashes when pressing "Download" or "Stop", I tried using the SP Flash Tool but it asks for an authentication file (.auth) and I don't know what else to do, can you help me? I know that this smartphone is not officially supported by Xiaomi.eu but I really need help

AndrielFR : tengo un Xiaomi Mi Play (lotus) me paso lo mismo que dice tu comentario y todavia no encuentro
una solucion, vos pudieste solucionar el problema? hice de todo y no encuentro la forma de solucionar.
