Xiaomi MI2S isn't charging, won't start.

Hello. Today I just got this phone and right now it is charging for 1 hour and still 0% charged. I also tried to boot the phone but it instantly turned off on the screen with battery and it is still showing 0% charged. Any help?

Remove sticker on the battery (the one that covers gold pins),same happened to me
