Looks it's too risky. I don't know if i can do that. Hehe. Anyway, thanks for your help. I should find another way to unlock this or maybe i'll wait for the official global dev to be release. More power!

have you try DFC cable so you able to go to EDL Mode? DFC cable should be enough.
1. download qualcom driver for mi 5s and Installed
2. make sure PC detect the phone driver in normal and fastboot condition (because i had to many phone driver installed in my windows) some other say windows 10 64 bit is better, my pc win 7 64bit
3. turn off phone, connect DFC Cable to usb port direct not to usb extension
4. press the button, connect DFC cable to your phone wait approx 5 sec (your PC should detect qualcom COM Port)
5. If the COM port mark with yellow triangle update with driver in step 1 as usual but
6. Change the DFC Cable to your Mi 5s Cable Data type C.
7. Flash CHina Dev fastboot using Mi Flash (you should see your device in Mi Flash as Com XXX)
8. Set new phone, enable developer option, turn on MIUI Unlock Option, sign in to Mi account
9. Fastbootm Unlock your device
